The Ambeau’s Family Session - A morning of Love and togetherness

There’s something timeless about families gathering, laughter floating through crisp winter air, and generations coming together in one frame.

At Lanes Grove, a small, family-owned Christmas tree farm in Waterford, CT, Emily’s family created a story all their own.. INFUSED with Golden light filtered through the evergreens as grandparents, parents, and grandchildren wandered the rows of trees.

each moment truly illuminated with joy, warmth, and connection.

I watched as children ran ahead, their giggles echoing between the trees, while grandparents shared quiet smiles and gentle embraces.

Between these moments, subtle in-between glances and spontaneous laughs showcased beautifully, with the heart of this family revealing itself naturally.

It wasn’t the setting alone that made this session memorable, it was the family itself. Their effortless joy, playful energy, and love for one another turned every snapshot into a story, one I was honored to capture this season!

These are the moments that remind me why I do what I do: to capture families as they truly are: full of life, full of love, and full of memories that will last a lifetime.
